We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Scanlet subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at support@scanlet.app and we'll arrange it for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Renewals and cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period. If a renewal charge caught you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we'll help. Paddle's Refund Policy also applies to all orders.
