Birthday invitation with QR code

Put a QR code on your birthday invitation so guests scan straight to the party page: address, timings, countdown, food notes and instant RSVP. Free to start.

Why put a QR code on a birthday invitation?

One scan takes guests from the printed or messaged invite to a party page with the address, start time, parking notes and a live countdown — no group chat needed.

Plans change: a later start, a new venue, a surprise reveal. The QR code stays the same while you update the page behind it.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Pick a party theme

Balloons, Party Pop, Neon or Confetti themes give the page instant birthday energy with animated backgrounds.

  2. Step 2

Add the details guests ask about

Address with a map link, timings, dress code, gift wishes and a photo gallery block — all editable any time.

  3. Step 3

    Share the QR code

Download the code as PNG or SVG for printed invites, or drop the link straight into WhatsApp and Instagram stories.

  4. Step 4

    Watch the headcount

RSVPs land in one list with plus-ones and food notes so you can order the right amount of cake.

What you can collect

Food and allergy notes

Ask about cake preferences, allergies and kid-friendly options right on the RSVP form.

Plus-ones and headcount

See attending, declined and pending totals so you can confirm numbers with the venue.

Print-ready codes

High-resolution QR downloads for invites, posters and balloon-arch signage.

Printing and sharing tips

  • Print the code at least 2 × 2 cm so phones scan it from a normal reading distance.
  • Keep a clear margin around the code — confetti artwork should not touch its edges.
  • Dark code on a light background scans best; test neon colour combos before printing.
  • Add a line like “Scan to RSVP by 1 May” so guests know what happens next.
  • For digital invites, share the link and the code image together so both work.
