Attendees do not want to download an app for a one-day event. A code on the badge, the programme or the room sign opens the agenda instantly in a browser.

Give each track or session its own page and code, so signage outside a room shows exactly what happens inside — and stays accurate when the schedule shifts.

How it works

1. Step 1

   Create a page per session or track

   Add the title, room, time, speaker bio and description using the schedule block.

2. Step 2

   Add sign-ups where capacity is limited

   Workshops and roundtables can take registrations directly on the page with a live count.

3. Step 3

   Print codes on badges and signage

   Download high-resolution codes for lanyards, room signs, programmes and floor stands.

4. Step 4

   Update on the day

What you can collect

On-site printing tips

• Room signage codes should be at least 5 × 5 cm so people scan while walking past.
• Badge codes work best at 2 × 2 cm with a clear margin around them.
• Add the short link under the code for anyone whose camera struggles.
• Use high contrast — avoid printing codes over photography or dark brand panels.
• Test every printed code on iPhone and Android before the run.
